href="http://sxsw.com/interactive">Southwest Interactive Festival</a> (SXSW), състоял се през март, много престижни издания и авторитетни наблюдатели на tech тенденциите предрекоха да очакваме съвсем скоро бум на <strong>„group messaging”</strong>- новост в мобилната комуникация с доста сериозен потенциал да се превърне в истински хит през 2012 г.</p><h3 style="text-align: justify;">Какво всъщност представлява „group messaging” и кои са основните компании-играчи в тази ниша?</h3><p
style="text-align: justify;">Това е един вид <strong>конферентен SMS чат през мобилния телефон</strong>. Въпросното групово общуване обаче се осъществава чрез приложения за смартфон, които дават най-разнообразни опции в комуникацията, подобно на типичен Instant Messenger, но съобщенията се предават на базата на SMS услугата, предоставена от мобилния оператор.Използвайки въпросните „group messaging” апликации потребителите могат да си създадат от адресното меню в смартфона си различни групи – пр. близки, приятели, колеги, семейство и т.н. Групите може да са постоянни или пък краткотрайни – компания за купон в събота вечер, участници в едно и също събитие и пр. И с един sms всеки може да изпрати съобщение до всички в избраната група, независимо дали са 2-ма или 200 души <em>(таксуването е за 1 sms).</em></p><p
style="text-align: justify;">От своя страна членовете на групата имат опцията „Reply to all” и така се получава конферентния SMS разговор. Приложенията дават възможност да се качват и споделят снимки, видео, документи, както и да се определя и споделя местоположението на всеки член на групата чрез geo location service. Повечето също така осигуряват и възможност за конферентен разговор между всички членове в групата <em>(но това е малко встрани от темата&#8230;).</em></p><p><strong>Най-известните до този момент компании, разработващи group messaging мобилни апликации<a
href="http://www.borisloukanov.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/group-me.jpg"><img
class="alignright size-full wp-image-3234" title="group-me" src="http://www.borisloukanov.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/group-me.jpg" alt="group-me" width="180" height="175" /></a> са няколко.</strong></p><p
style="text-align: justify;"><strong><a
href="http://groupme.com/">Group Me</a></strong> се развиват с добри темпове и за по-малко от година, компанията си осигури финансиране от 11, 5 млн. долара.</p><p
style="text-align: justify;">За <strong><a
href="http://fastsociety.com/">Fast Society</a></strong> също се заговори много на <strong>SXSW</strong>. И двете компании в последните версии на приложенията си предлагат опции за интеграция на приятели от<em> Фейсбук</em> или <em>Туитър </em>в messaging групите, но за да са пълноценни участници в тях, трябва да приемат поканата и разбира се, да имат инсталирано даденото мобилно приложение.</p><p><object

href="http://yobongo.com/">Yobongo</a></strong> – най-новата компания в тази пазарна ниша, появила се в началото на 2011 г. Освен това апликацията й, при стартиране автоматично открива дали наблизо в дадения район има потребители, ползващи <strong>Yobongo</strong> и дава като възможност да се свържеш с някой от тях дори и да е непознат.<a

style="text-align: justify;">Други подобни мобилни апликации са <strong><a
href="http://kik.com/">Kik</a>, <a
href="http://www.kakao.com/talk/en">Kakao Talk</a>, <a
href="http://pingchat.com/home.shtml">Ping Chat</a>.</strong> Всички са разработени във версии и за iOS, и за Android <em>(повечето изискват минимум Android 2.0)</em>, а някои и за Blackberry. За Blackberry се появи и специалнo приложение – <strong>BBM</strong>.</p><p
style="text-align: justify;">Накрая ще обърна по-особено внимание на <strong>Beluga</strong> – компания, разработваща своя мобилна апликация за group messaging, която не се различава особено като възможности и функционалности от изброените по-горе. Но има една съществена подробност – в началото на тази година <strong>Beluga</strong> бе закупена от&#8230;<strong>Facebook</strong>. И нищо чудно в най-скоро време, компанията да излезе с нова cross platform версия, която да интегрира и възможност за групов чат с приятели и членове на общи групи във Фейсбук, наред с опциите за конферентен SMS messaging.<a

style="text-align: justify;">А за да стане ситуацията на пазара още по-интересна, в group messaging надпреварата се включи и <strong>Google</strong>, които съвсем наскоро придобиха правата върху приложението <strong><a
href="http://disco.com/">Disco</a></strong>.</p><h3 style="text-align: justify;">И все пак – има ли потенциал феноменът group messaging да се превърне в хит, в мания?</h3><p
style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Моят отговор е – по-скоро не&#8230;или поне не толкова скоро</strong>, колкото някои специалисти предричат<strong>. Най-важното и задължително условие, за да се случи това</strong>, е да се събере критична маса от потребители, ползващи въпросните приложения. Според проучванията, засега потребителите – „early innovators” са 3-4 милиона. Но темпът им на увеличаване не е особено значим все още.</p><p
style="text-align: justify;"><strong>И другото не по-маловажно условие според мен е</strong>, различните компании да разработят техническа възможност за съвместимост между апликациите си за group messaging. Т.е. ако аз примерно ползвам <strong>Beluga</strong>, някои от приятелите ми &#8211; <strong>Group Me</strong>, а пък други познати – <strong>Yobongo</strong>, това да не е проблем за груповото ни SMS общуване. Както вече има доста разработени Instant месинджъри, подобно на  <strong><a
href="https://imo.im/">imo</a></strong>, например, които позволяват интегрирането на контактите и комуникацията с приятели и от Skype, и от ICQ, и от Windows Live, а и от Facebook и мн.др. чат клиенти.</p><p
style="text-align: justify;">Във всеки случай ще е интересно да се наблюдава в близките месеци развитието на този нов феномен в мобилната комуникация . Поне така мисли моя добър приятел <a
